This coaching programme has been designed for you!

What It Is

 

The Six Week Life Boost is a coaching programme of six 1-1 weekly coaching sessions, designed to help you really make the most of your life no matter what your current situation. We all face challenges. Taking time to focus on our wellbeing and to build more helpful habits can make a significant difference to our lives.

Over six weeks, you'll have the opportunity to:

Your coach will work alongside you to help you set clear goals, challenge your limitations and create accountability.

Your coach will not give advice, they will facilitate thinking and the coaching process through questions and offering space.

The emphasis is on self discovery, noticing, experiencing and reflection.

Reconnect with what matters, giving you the confidence to thrive both at work and in your personal life.

  • Explore what truly matters to you,

  • Increase awareness

  • Gain clarity on your direction

  • Consider options

  • Learn new evidence based skills

  • Take powerful purposeful action

How it works

You can sign up to the Six Week Life Boost here:

Once we have received your details, you will be allocated a coach.

Your coach will contact you by email to request further details.

They will also arrange a suitable day and time with you for your first coaching session which will be within a week.

The programmes start the first week of each school half term.

​

Coaching sessions last for 50 minutes and are held at weekly intervals.

We provide everything you need to get started through to your six week goal:
