Counselling

Improve your mental wellbeing and live fully.

Modern life can be demanding, constant deadlines, competing priorities, and the pressure to perform.

Over time, stress, anxiety, life events or a sense of being “stuck” can take a real toll on wellbeing and fulfilment.

Perhaps you are struggling to move on from things that have happened in the past, or finding your current situation very difficult and distressing?

That’s where counselling can help.

We offer two types of counselling:

Life coaching

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

Helps you handle difficult thoughts and feelings while moving toward what matters most to you...

Thinking Man on Couch

Person Centred Therapy

Offers a supportive space where you can explore your feelings and find your own way forward...

What is Person Centred Counselling?

Person Centred Counselling is a talking therapy that puts you at the heart of the process..

It offers a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings, experiences and challenges at your own pace.

Rather than giving advice or directing you in any way, your counsellor listens with empathy and respect, helping you gain

clarity, self-understanding, and the confidence to make positive changes in your life.

Why Person Centred Counselling?

This type of counselling is based on the belief that you have the inner resources to grow, heal and find your own answers. Many people choose this approach because it provides a safe, understanding space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment. Instead of being told what to do, you're supported to explore your feelings and experiences at your own pace, gaining clarity and self-awareness. This gentle but powerful approach can help you build confidence, improve relationships, and move towards a more fulfilling and authentic life.

How does Person Centred Counselling work?

Each session is guided by what feels most important to you in the moment, whether that's a specific situation, a feeling, or simply needing space to talk. The counsellor's role is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel truly heard and understood. As you explore your experiences in your own way, new insights often emerge naturally, helping you see things more clearly and move toward change that feels right for you.

What will you gain?

Through person-centred therapy you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself and what truly matters to you. Many people find that the process helps them feel more confident in their choices, more accepting of their emotions, and more connected in their relationships. Over time, you may notice a greater sense of inner calm, resilience, and the freedom to live in a way that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
