What Is The Six Week Life Boost?
Six 1-1 weekly coaching sessions, designed to help you really make the most of your life no matter what your current situation. We all face challenges and benefit from support at times. Taking time to focus on our wellbeing and to build more helpful habits can make a significant difference to our lives.
Over six weeks, you'll have the opportunity to:
Your coach will work alongside you to help you set clear goals, challenge your limitations and create accountability.
They will not give advice! Coaches facilitate thinking and the coaching process through questions and offering space.
The emphasis is on self discovery, noticing, experiencing and reflection.
Reconnect with what matters, giving you the confidence to thrive both at work and in your personal life.

How do I register for the Six Week Life Boost Work?
You can sign up to the Six Week Life Boost here:
Once we have received your details, you will be allocated a coach.
Your coach will contact you by email to request further details.
They will also arrange a suitable day and time with you for your first coaching session which will be the week beginning 14th September 2025.
Each future six week programme runs from the first week of each school half term.
Coaching sessions last for 50 minutes and are held at weekly intervals.
We provide everything you need to help you reach your six week goal (set in the first session)
